Her lip however, was not. We ended up going to Urgent Care and she had to get 2 stitches on the inside of her lip. Jason helped hold her down and we got many 'looks' from the people in the waiting room as we left--as they had witnessed our poor girl screaming from w/in the room.
Poor baby.
Thankfully, she is fine. Her lip is swollen and a bit bruised on the outside--but, look at her still smiling. She is amazingly resilient. She also touches some of the deepest parts of my heart--and I am just so thankful for her. gosh i love this girl. what a blessing.

I think every Mom goes through this at least once! Kids truly are resilient -- look at that smile!!
She is soooooo adorable even with a fat lip! just part of life, right? just wait... if you ever parent a boy, it's so much crazier when it comes to injuries!
I'm so glad you all are settling in up north... still can't believe you're gone!
